We accept payment with the payment methods listed on our website. You must pay the applicable price (which includes VAT) and delivery charges in advance of delivery of the products. Please be aware, if you order products from different partners, you may have to pay multiple delivery charges, unless the product is free shipping. By submitting an order to us through our website, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.

When you finish your order you will be presented with one or more options for delivery. The delivery costs for each partner vary according to the delivery methods they offer. Any estimated delivery times are quoted in working days.

In case you want to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us and our partner immediately. If the products have not  been dispatched we will grant a refund. If the products have already been dispatched, you will need to return the item to our partner and you will need to absorb the costs of returning the items before you will receive a refund.
