What is your returns policy?
We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you must return your purchase within 14 days after the order has been placed. Provided the item is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
How to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us on email@example.com within 14 days after you received your order.
- Please provide us the following information: Order number, name of the item, reason for return or what would you like to exchange.
- We will provide you the return address of our partner so the item goes directly back to them.
- If you want to refund/exchange because of a damaged product during shipping our partner will cover the costs of the return. In all other cases you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please note that items have to be unused, in the same condition as you received them and returned in the original packaging.
- After the refund item has been approved and checked by our partner we will refund the price of the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for it in no more than 14 days after the day the product is received by the seller. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
